Order Fulfillment
All items ship from the Netherlands. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-orders).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard International Shipping: 3–8 weeks

  • DHL Express: 3–7 business days

Tracking:
Only available if selected at checkout. Standard shipping may show limited tracking once transferred to local couriers.

Import Duties and Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

⚠️ U.S. Customers: Your order may be subject to new import tariffs and fees upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Lost or Returned Packages:

  • Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery before contacting us.

  • Returned packages may be reshipped for a €12 fee. Alternate courier options are available upon request (additional charges may apply).
