Sales & Returns

Can I return or cancel my order?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances. Please double-check your order before checking out.
I ordered the wrong size/item—can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. All sales are final once the order is placed.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping to the USA and other overseas destinations typically takes 3–8 weeks via standard post.

We also offer DHL Express as a faster shipping option at checkout (3–7 business days).

If you selected DHL Express and your package hasn’t arrived, please contact DHL Express.
Is tracking included?
Tracking is not included by default. You must select and pay for the tracking option at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Yes. Import taxes and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. If duties are not paid, the package will be destroyed and not returned.
Why am I being charged U.S. import duties by DHL?
These are mandatory government fees collected by DHL on behalf of U.S. Customs. They are not included in our product price and cannot be prepaid or removed.
My tracking shows it's stuck in Frankfurt—is it lost?
No. This is normal for non-tracked shipments after handoff between postal services.
What if my order hasn't arrived after several weeks?
If it has been over 8 weeks, please check with your local postal office or DHL Global Mail.
My package is tracked but hasn't arrived. Who's responsible?
Once handed to DHL Global Mail, the shipment is outside our control. Please contact DHL directly using your tracking number.
